Little white pest in my coco?

During a transplant, I noticed I have a lot of these white pests in my coco (which is constantly wet, I water daily.)

They are about 1/4" long and if you bunch them all together they kind of look like maggots but they have round heads and long bodies.

They are afraid of light and quickly scurry away and deep into the coco.

The roots and plants don't seem to be affected.

They DO NOT look like fungus gnat pupa/larvae nor root aphids.

I can't tell but they look like they have tiny feet (they don't crawl)

Springtails maybe? They are very common in coco, and don't seem to do any damage.

Yes!! I can't be 100% sure but it looks like you're correct.
