Can't figure this out - new shoots skinny/deformed

super lemon haze, medium is Coco Tek (mixed coarseness).

Watering daily with 10% run off. Lucas formula with 1ml calmag (per gallon).

400w MH, plants about 1 month old started from seeds.

Plants grow overall (leaf fans get bigger, branches bigger etc) but nothing seems to be happening at the top of the plant except shoots that come out twisted/deformed/very skinny.

The new shoots don't really grow, or if they do it's VERY slow.

What's the temperature in there?

temp is about 78-81F with lights on, and 74ish with lights off

It looks a lot like cold stress to me...is it possible the coco is at a lower temperature?

Check your pH. It's out of whack for what you need in that setup.

Like the man above you said those be hydro ph #'s your running at 5.2-5.8 get her up to 6.4 or so for soil and then you will see a difference. She's a weed man give her love and get them up and all will be well she's not that bad.... YET

6.0 for coco, also how long have they been in those pots? and what size.
