Okay, I will: I think putting Biden in the job would be a Bad Thing. I thought he was a terrific wingman, but he has real problems
His biggest problem IMO is that he’s owned lock, stock, & barrel by corporate America and the financial industry in particular.
US senator from Delaware...Delaware’s #1 cash crop and major industry is incorporation. Check the fine print on any incorporated business, any megacorp or transnational: they are incorporated in the state of Delaware.
Back in the days of the founding, corporations were highly constrained in every state, strictly limited as to their business, the property they owned, and the transparency of their dealings. The dealings of the Colonies with the East India Company gave them *too* good an idea of what evil a corporation could get up to.
In those days, each state chartered their own corporations, and each corporation was subject to revocation of charter, effectively executing the Corp. Rhode Island was the first state to issue an unlimited charter, and that was to a railroad.... Delaware saw dollar signs and went into the unlimited charter business, quickly offering a “better product” to those who wanted to escape the chains placed on corps in every other state.
Credit cards, banks, steel, auto, pharma, you name it. Put Joe in the White House and those industries will have the bully pulpit for their own purposes. He may be more likable / less embarrassing than our current commander-in-chimp, but for the general run of citizens he would be less than an improvement.

Mass incarceration and mandatory minimum sentencing laws have destroyed innocent lives, torn apart families, and cost the American taxpayers $182 billion annually. The practice of civil asset forfeiture has allowed law enforcement to seize money and property from people who were neither charged with nor convicted of a crime. As a young US senator, Biden played a role in the creation and adoption of each of these policies.
In January, looking to garner support for a future run, Biden spoke on criminal justice reform at an event sponsored by the National Action Network in Washington, DC. Few politicians have done more harm in America’s War on Drugs than the former senator from Delaware.
Addressing a room full of criminal justice advocates, he said, “I haven’t always been right, but I’ve always tried.” While the first half of his statement is most certainly true, the second half is a harder pill to swallow. And the Americans affected by the destructive policies he penned might not forget Biden’s role as architect of the drug war.The website Leafly, which provides education on all things cannabis, went so far as to claim that “few politicians have done more harm in America’s war on drugs than the former senator from Delaware.” This is quite the accusation to make, but there is overwhelming evidence to back it all up.

In Canada, we can travel at ease with up to 30g across the country, regardless of provincial/territorial regulation. Currently in the US this is not so, even for "patients" where "they" as "patients" cannot purchase from an OOS dispensary. The feds/congress/pres etc... with the appropriate alphabet soup will have to provide "free pratique" across "the" country. Learn from your Northern Brothers LOL, Fed makes law, states apply the law to their individual states as they see fit.
So, last time you voted someone in over the 2nd amendment and a judge. You want it... you know what you need to do

We are headed for off the shelf generic packs of WallyWeed one way or another. And infused Corona Mota beer. Its only a matter of time. What we need is federal deregulation and decriminalization of weed, and not overly regulated legal federal marijuana like over-regulated hemp is turning out to be. But I see no avoiding that either. Mexico, Canada and the Legal States of America are forcing the issue.
The thing about Biden is he is going in the other direction. He is in so deep on the war on drugs he will have a very hard time flipping on that. No one will believe him. He is such a douche bag anyway, hopefully he gets tossed in the primaries or the convention. If he gets the nomination, Trump is a shoe-in. I cannot vote for Creepy Uncle Douchebag.
