Pesticides

RE: Closed loop extraction ......... assume a batch of material that tests positive for excessive pesticide levels is run prior to a batch of clean material.

Will the pesticides in the first batch carry into the recovered solvent and contaminate the second batch ?

I'm not sure about all pesticide/fungicides but the few that I have encountered DO recover into the solvent. I would recommend a full system clean down just to be safe.

Enough to be an issue, yes. We test material from others, before running.
