HELP i don´t know what is wrong

Hi Guys,
I started growing a couple of plants in my garden but the leafs started looking weird last week. Does anyone know what is wrong with them and what i need to do?

This is just about the only thing I know. The first images is of leaf miner damage. They eat their way through the inner parts of leaves. You need to squash the little bastards by pinching the ends of the lines where the bugs are located... not so hard that you bruise the leaves. I think most people are using a weak solution of neem oil to prevent further infestations. I don't know about the other images.
