US Congress and 4 million dollar geoengineer with calcium in atmosphere

Congress Now Funding "Controversial" Geoengineering 'Plan B' To Spray Particles In The Sky To Cool Earth

last year when CNBC put out a video titled How Bill Gates-Funded Solar Geoengineering Could Help End Climate Change.

The video is nothing short of an infomercial for chemtrails. It is truly bizarre how this subject has moved from the fringes of conspiracy circles and into the mainstream and no one is even batting an eye. Now that Bill Gates has endorsed and funded it, the world is suddenly open to the idea of attempting to modify the planet’s weather by spraying chemicals into the atmosphere to block out the sun.

Now, the government is throwing their hat into the mix as well. This “Plan B” approach is two pronged, according to NOAA.

One is to inject sulfur dioxide or a similar aerosol into the stratosphere to help shade the Earth from more intense sunlight. It is patterned after a natural solution: volcanic eruptions, which have been found to cool the Earth by emitting huge clouds of sulfur dioxide.

The second approach would use an aerosol of sea salt particles to improve the ability of low-lying clouds over the ocean to act as shade.

The Free Thought Project has reported on the first method before when Harvard scientists began talking about doing it. Harvard scientists announced that they will attempt to replicate the climate-cooling effect of volcanic eruptions with a world-first solar geoengineering experiment, last year. The university announced in July of 2019 that it has created an external advisory panel to examine the potential ethical, environmental and geopolitical impacts of this geoengineering project, which has been developed by the university’s researchers.

Known as the Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx), the experiment will spray calcium carbonate particles high above the earth to mimic the effects of volcanic ash blocking out the sun to produce a cooling effect. This appears to be the same as NOAA’s “Plan B.”

Naturally, there are many critics of geoengineering.

The idea of geoengineering the planet has become so controversial that the government will soon be referring to it by a different name in a likely attempt to distract. Fahey recommended changing the nomenclature from geoengineering to “climate intervention,” which he described as a “more neutral word.”

This is exactly like renaming the U.S. Department of War to the Department of Defense.

As not to be too controversial, however, Fahey emphasized that this is not an approval to begin geoengineering. Rather, it is a move by the US to prepare for the possibility that it may do this one day.

“Geoengineering is this tangled ball of issues and science is only one of them,” he said.

“One of the things I’m interested in doing is let’s separate the science out,” he added. The idea is to give policymakers a clear view of how a hurry-up bid to save the planet would work.

This type of talk is concerning to many people, including environmental groups, who say such efforts are a dangerous distraction from addressing the only permanent solution to climate change: reducing greenhouse-gas emissions.

The idea of injecting particles into the atmosphere to cool the earth also seems outright futile considering what scientists are trying to mimic - volcanic eruptions. If we look at the second largest eruption of the 20th century, Mount Pinatubo, which erupted in the Philippines in 1991, it injected 20 million tons of sulfur dioxide aerosols into the stratosphere. Scientists from the USGS estimated that this 20 million tons only lowered the temperature of the planet by about 1°F (0.5°C) and this only lasted a year because the particles eventually fell to back to Earth.

While this talk of geoengineering may sound like something out of a dystopian science fiction movie, the reality is that it has long been on the table of governments and think tanks from around the world. In fact, just last November, a study published in Environmental Research Letters, talked about doing the exact same thing—geoengineering and planes spraying particulates into the atmosphere to curb global warming.

What’s more, that study echoed the sentiments of then-CIA director John Brennan when he addressed the Council on Foreign Relations in 2016, detailing a similar process of spraying chemical particulates in the atmosphere to cool the planet.

At the meeting, Brennan addressed instability and transnational threats to global security at a meeting with the Council on Foreign Relations. During his long-winded talk of threats to US interests and how the largely CIA-created ISIL threat is impacting the world, Brennan brought up the topic of geoengineering.

Another example is the array of technologies—often referred to collectively as geoengineering—that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection, or SAI, a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun’s heat, in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do.

Brennan went on to echo the calls from some scientists who have called for aerial spraying.
An SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. The process is also relatively inexpensive—the National Research Council estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10 billion yearly.

Again,
The extent to which Brennan talked about stratospheric aerosol injection shows that he and the CIA have likely been considering this for some time.

Although we are hearing more and more talk about geoengineering, it has been around for a very long time and not just in the realm of conspiracy theories. In fact, scientists have already suggested that it could be going on right now, unintentionally.

Researchers with NOAA previously suggested that contrails from airplanes may be inadvertently geoengineering the skies.

Chuck Long is a researcher with the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES) at the NOAA Earth System Research Laboratory at the University of Colorado in Boulder. At the American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting in 2015, Long and his team released their paper, “Evidence of Clear-Sky Daylight Whitening: Are we already conducting geoengineering?” The analysis found that vapor from airplanes may be altering the climate through accidental geoengineering.

To be clear, no one here is claiming to be an expert on climate change or the effects of geoengineering. But one thing is clear and it’s the fact that there is still much to be debated and learned before humans deliberately begin altering Earth’s climate. Aside from doing nothing to curb carbon emissions, if we are so quick to jump on this method, it could set off a chain reaction that could prove to be catastrophic.

In the 70's Sulpher dioxide was a very bad thing and they made cars slower because of it. I can't get good diesel fuel because of it.

and those fools are gonna just spray it from airplanes to fix warming?

BTW, acid rain is from that crap.

Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques

BUREAU OF INTERNATIONAL SECURITY AND NONPROLIFERATION
Signed in Geneva May 18, 1977
Entered into force October 5, 1978
Narrative
Treaty Text
Annex
Understandings
Signatory List
Narrative
Use of environmental modification techniques for hostile purposes does not play a major role in military planning at the present time. Such techniques might be developed in the future, however, and would pose a threat of serious damage unless action was taken to prohibit their use. In July 1972 the U.S. Government renounced the use of climate modification techniques for hostile purposes, even if their development were proved to be feasible in the future.

Both the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives held hearings, beginning in 1972, and the Senate adopted a resolution in 1973 calling for an international agreement "prohibiting the use of any environmental or geophysical modification activity as a weapon of war...." In response to this resolution, the President ordered the Department of Defense to undertake an in-depth review of the military aspects of weather and other environmental modification techniques. The results of this study and a subsequent interagency study led to the U.S. Governments decision to seek agreement with the Soviet Union to explore the possibilities of an international agreement.

During the summit meeting in Moscow in July 1974, President Nixon and General Secretary Brezhnev formally agreed to hold bilateral discussions on how to bring about "the most effective measures possible to overcome the dangers of the use of environmental modification techniques for military purposes." Three sets of discussions were held in 1974 and 1975, resulting in agreement on a common approach and common language.

In August 1975, the chief representatives of the U.S. and the Soviet delegations to the Conference of the Committee on Disarmament (CCD) tabled, in parallel, identical draft texts of a "Convention on the Prohibition of Military or any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques."

The Convention defines environmental modification techniques as changing -- through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes -- the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydro-sphere, and atmosphere, or of outer space. Changes in weather or climate patterns, in ocean currents, or in the state of the ozone layer or ionosphere, or an upset in the ecological balance of a region are some of the effects which might result from the use of environmental modification techniques.

Intensive negotiations held in the CCD during the spring and summer of 1976 resulted in a modified text and, in addition, to understandings regarding four of the Treaty articles. These were transmitted to the U.N. General Assembly for consideration during the fall session.

Article I sets forth the basic commitment: "Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to engage in military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage or injury to any other State Party." An understanding defines the terms "widespread, long-lasting or severe." "Widespread" is defined as "encompassing an area on the scale of several hundred square kilometers"; "long-lasting" is defined as "lasting for a period of months, or approximately a season"; and "severe" is defined as "involving serious or significant disruption or harm to human life, natural and economic resources or other assets."

With regard to peaceful uses of environmental modification techniques, the convention provides that the parties shall have the right to participate in the fullest possible exchange of scientific and technological information.

In addition to the provision for mutual consultation regarding complaints and for resource to the Security Council, the revised draft establishes the framework for a Consultative Committee of Experts, which would meet on an ad hoc basis when so requested by a party, in order to clarify the nature of activities suspected to be in violation of the convention. Responding to the suggestion of many delegations, the revised text incorporates a provision for periodic conferences to review the Conventions operation.

During the 1976 fall session, the U.N. General Assembly held extensive debate on the draft Convention, including several resolutions relating thereto. On December 10, the General Assembly adopted a resolution by a vote of 96 to 8, with 30 abstentions, which referred the Convention to all member nations for their consideration, signature, and ratification, and requested the U.N. Secretary-General to open the Convention for signature.

The U.N. Secretary-General officiated at the signing ceremony in Geneva on May 18. The United States joined 33 other nations in signing the Convention. The Convention entered into force on October 5, 1978, when the 20th state to sign the Convention deposited its instrument of ratification. President Carter transmitted the Convention to the Senate on September 22, 1978.

The Senate gave its advice and consent to ratification on November 28, 1979, by a vote of 98-0. The President ratified the Convention December 13, 1979. The Convention entered into force for the United States on January 17, 1980, when the U.S. instrument of ratification was deposited in New York.

Unfortunately for us sheeple, the signatories of this agreement are not abiding by the agreement, and are using it for toilet paper.

Geoenginering has been taking place for decades, and I'm not talking about spraying silver oxide - cloud seeding - to prevent bad hail and rain storms.

Don't believe me....? Let me introduce you to my old dead stinky buddy, LBJ, the same lunatic that employed a full time hit man to get rid of his enemies, and who played a key role in assassinating JFK :

Don't believe me ?? That's OK, meet John Brennan, fomer CIA Director, addressing the Council of Foreign Relation - CFR. He can explain it better than I :

Still incredulous, that's OK. Watch this video:

Feeling a little bit convinced yet...? Still require a little nudge? No problem. Meet my favorite academic sell out eugenicist loving lieing scumbag piece of shit, Dr. David Keith, who was awarded a chair in Astrophysics at Harvard for all of his "dedication" to the cause. He just so happens to be one the the top scientists involved in this ridiculous shit, and has personally profited from this in a big way:

Want to learn more ? Warning - you might not like what you find.

https://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/

https://weathermodificationhistory.com/

Oh, and one more thing. The State of Rhode Island was so fed up with this shit, they passed a State Law, called THE GEOENGINEERING ACT OF 2017.

https://webserver.rilin.state.ri.us/...xt17/H6011.pdf

https://webserver.rilin.state.ri.us/...xt17/H6011.pdf

I'm tired and it's getting late in the evening, and I cannot get the link above to work. Google "Rhode Island, Geoenginerring Law", and it should be your second link- 2017 -- h 6011 state of rhode island - Rhode Island General

These secret Geoengineering programs take place world wide. The US, the Russian's and the Chinese each have their own separate programs. In the Pacific Northwest, an airport in Chilliwack, BC is used a central hub. The planes are painted white, and their tail fin numbers are registered to the United Nations.

Whenever there is a weather event involving moisture, they spray before it happens. That way, they are able to control the moisture from by either encouraging it, or steering it away.

This is controlled by shooting EMF's into the atmosphere. There are portable units that can be towed by trucks, and there are sea based units as well. Doppler weather radar stations are also used.

HAARP Locations

https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer...5000000401&z=1

The nano particulates used remain suspended in the atmosphere, and when blasted with EMF can be controlled and steered in the direction they want. This technology can also be used to create and steer hurricanes/cyclones. This same technology can also be used to create earthquakes.

chemtrail-inners3a.jpg

These same particulates over time eventually fall from the sky to the ground, becoming absorbed into the entire ecosystem and all life forms, and are scientifically proven and accepted neurotoxins.

Does the US Military “Own the Weather”? “Weaponizing the Weather” as an Instrument of Modern Warfare?

https://www.globalresearch.ca/does-t...arfare/5608728

Then there is the massive HAARP station in Alaska, which the US government claims they no longer use, which is total complete bullshit. They still use it.

https://www.gi.alaska.edu/facilities/haarp

In the region where I live, chemtrail spraying takes place almost every single day. When I first heard about this many years ago, I thought it was bullshit. It's very much real, and its implications are frightening. I have raised hell with the political types here, and they all scoffed at me. It seriously pisses me off.

The bottom line is essentially this. The entire world's weather systems are secretly being manipulated and controlled, and Geoengineering exposes all the global warming hype and hysteria as the massive fraud that it is.

Have a wonderful barium, strontium and aluminum nano particulate and whatever the fuck else they put into that shit day.... :tiphat:

chemtrailing has been ongoing for decades.
the people responsible are now making a move to get funding to introduce to the public what they have been doing all along.
the congress in conjunction with these universities are normalizing this atrocity and providing funding.

David Keith is the poster child for their movement, and has backing from the Gates Foundation and the UN, among other groups.
lately every time our local weathermen forecast rain they spray the sky and two days later it rains. they have figured out how to manipulate low pressure using the (sprayed) overcast and low intensity electromagnetic feedback of global electric circuit (by using nexrad, a HAARP derivative, to excite the overcast +/- with regard to the magnetic field lines) which steers high & low pressure cells.
that overcast may also affect high altitude winds that influence weather and thus climate.

not just my opinion.

Sulfur dioxide causes acid rain. Stupid fucks.

Spray calcium carbonate into the air? I want to know the Harvard genius who thinks limestone will float in the air.
Why don't they blast a few hundred nukes and plunge the planet into a Nuclear Winter to depopulate the planet?

Scientists today are total retards.

I recently read an article about finding a domed atmospheric system. It seems to me that this is an interesting topic because Elon Musk wants to create a unique Mars with a familiar climate. I read an article in a foreign language and I translated it using this resource xxxxxxxxxxxxx. I know English and German, but the inhabitants of Mars will know the international language.

Thanks for good idea

If they're going to spray Calcium

they should spray it in a form that is non-toxic

and can be consumed by birds to increase the strength of their egg-shells.

I often wonder if more solar power generation would help.

Musks plans for Mars are little more than a holiday home. Well away from the shitstorm. Like the Arc.

... on a more somber note... we have reached the current carrying capacity of the planet. Covid pictures have proven this (smog). Clear skies during lock down. It's not just fossil fuels that are doing all the shit, deforestation plays an important role as well.

The airborne conductors and dielectrics that they spray, are only supposed to stay airborne for a few seconds.

I interviewed with an electronics company in Mountain View, CA, that received abundant federal funding in the mid-1980's, for studying the science of "beyond line of sight" microwave transmissions.

One of their tricks was to bounce radio waves off the Ionosphere.

Another was to lay down short lived tracks of airborne microwave circuits, to increase the bandwidth for US military forces during military operations.

The airborne stripline/ microstrip, was only intended to function for a few seconds.

That is the source of some of the so-called Chemtrails.
