American criminal justice system is in shambles, minimum sentencing laws, profiling certian types of folks due to race or culture, and just plain cop bullies sometimes.
The tag-your-it game played by LEO can lead to a terrible chain of events, where not only the original perperatratior, but his pals, their pals, and who-know's by the time the smoke clears, are going down. So much real crime, why mess with stoners??? It baffles me.
Please be very smart/choosy on whom to bring into your inner circle. I don't know BG's situation, but hearing of his misfortune will lead me to be even more careful.

Grow on friends, but CYA..........be safe.

Hoping for a quick return for ya BG, we miss you man.

Talk with BG and he sends his best. The overwhelming support has been a real blessing for him during this crazy time.

He is just gettin everything sorted out but needless to say this has caused a major disruption in his life, lifestyle, and future and he is not looking forward to the events ahead of him.

He checks the boards every once in awhile so he reads your comments and support so keep it up.

Fight the good fight and be extra carefull gang

Raise your bowls high for BG

I heard from BG and all is well. He has lost some of his personal property and has a long legal road ahead of him. It looks good for him to not do any time because it was his first time in any trouble.

THE SMELL GOT HIM BUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!

A neibor smelled a suspiciuos smell and called the law to check it out.

Charcoal filters, ozium, ozone, vaportek, whatever it takes to cut the smell is what everyone needs to think about.

He was using a Vaportek 4000 that he just bought and put in to replace his charcoal scrubber. I think there may have been a few weeks between when he got rid of the scrubber(I got it) and put the vaportek on line.

Beware the smell gang

:::Shudder:::

So, it was likely during the interim {between using the scrubber and getting the Vaportek online} that the smell got out, eh? Damn 'nosey' neighbors...

Thanx again, TK... When you next 'speak' with BG, send him our best!

Note to Self: Get your arse in gear, order that Fantech you've been looking at, and get that scrubber built!!! Those AKs bloom'n down the laboratory are gonna start smelling up the place real soon!

Thanks Tex, for keeping us informed there has not a day gone by that I have not thought about BG and wish him the best; that is a good thing it was his first bust, I know were I live all your going to get on your first is a slap on the back of the hand and a fine: I use just about every thing that it takes to get out all smell, I’ve personally lost many nights of sleep over worrying about smell, I use every thing from store bought plug-ins to home/store bought ozone, also vaportek 4000, folks smell is a very real killer/dead giveaway, you may as well be standing out side on the front porch smoking a fatty.

Ps…..I think just about all of us uses our far amount of electric from time to time, but I personally doesn’t matter if you are burning 10,000-K, if your house/grow room smells like a fresh load of laundry there ant much any body is going to say. BG, TK, thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for keeping us informed Tex, good to know how others get cought , as so we dont have the same happen to anyone else. AS I'm sure everyone else has said, tell BG to let us know if he needs anything from his icmag family.

HOG I hope so...but his genetics? It must be a serious bummer just starting out as a breeder, taking your first important steps, and getting wiped out. I know he had some very rare and special old school genetics which he worked with. I hope he didn't suffer too much loss, and I'm willing to help him out any way I can, as many of us here.

Genetics went by by I think with everything else.

I have some of his parent stock here that I will be maintaining during his down time.

Hopefully he didn't have anything too exotic so he can replenish quickly. He was cool to me in the short time I've been here, I'd help him out as well.

One thing I forgot to mention and emphasize is that BG lost his SUV in the deal.

It was siezed pending trial where he has the "OPPROTUNITY" to get it back if he can substatuate his income was legit.

So that no one thinks he got off unharmed, he lost a $30-40k vehicle to the state(so far), which is painfull(especially when you still have to make the payments)

Think twice everyone, there are some serious real world consequences that go along with what we do
