Other Sour Orange Diesel grow

Hi gorillas,
i decided to start a grow log of 6 SOD beans i started recently.
First 100% germination rate in 24 hours, very uniform, no runt or weird.
Seeds are fresh, that's sure!

For seedlings, i use rotative sprinklers, and low EC or ppm. And 150 watts T5.

21 days from seed...They have been topped.
One has the stem strangled, i don't know this, will she survive ?
The water pump is powerfull and some little drops of water (with nutes) can go through the hydroton and touch the stem, could it be this?

24 days from seed, they are nearly too big for the nursery. I'm waiting for parts to finish the hydro system where they are going to be for flowering

In the flowering room

In the flowering room

Hey guys, no time to wait, they are in the production room.

400 watts LED's 3000K + 3500K

And a new homemade NFT system with PVC pipes, a bucket and a water pump.

Only 4 have been picked, the 4 smallest, because the tallest were too tall for the tent. Same number of nodes, but stretched.

I boost the water with a air pump also.

Still in veg ! 4 weeks from seeds. Soon i flip to 12/12.

Day 1 of 12/12

I changed the leds for a MH bulb (5000K) that i had, because i noticed that leds were giving them a pale color. Pale green, i mean. And very slightly droopy...
Now they look better!

2 weeks of 12/12 !

They grow well, sativa dominant, i can't put my leds higher...

BUT i think i have thrips in this tent. Not a lot, but some leaves are affected and the floor is damn dirty. That's what rang my bell!

3 weeks of 12/12 : They have been attacked by leave green caterpillars, they still have leaves, but many have been eated by those bitches...
I tried a cure, but it was expired, and did not kill all the caterpillars. It killed the thrips though. So i looked under almost each leave and i killed maybe 30 of these, but i think it's not over. Almost all killed, by hand. One was making a cocoon. Shit!
I check for the new frass twice a day, and it's almost OK...

They prefer the big fan leaves to buds leaves, but they need them at least some... I've got another tent with no pest fortunatly...

Stay tuned...

4 weeks : No more caterpillar, i killed the last one. No frass anymore on the floor...

One plant is suffering Mg (maybe Cal also) deficiency, only one, but it can be related to the Led's. I'll add some CalMag to the mix.
They eat and drink well, every thing is OK except the yellowishment (may I?) of one plant. And almost no smell, :noway:

Five weeks of 12/12 : i don't really like this time of the grow: the last month, no real change from a day to another, i wish it would smell a little bit, instead no real smell.
But, have you seen those buds? For only 5 weeks? 3 or 4 weeks left? If i don't have bud rot, i will explode my personal record:dance:

They are still eating and drinking...

Hopefully this variety brings the smell on late. Looks beautiful.

I can't say it does not smell, but when i open the tent, i'm not submerged with the odor. But if i touch the buds, my fingers smell, and it's strong and fruity, but unknown fruit. I'm bad at describing odors, sorry.
The buds are hard, and one stem is bending more and more every day. Pistils are almost all brown, but trichomes are still clear. And they drink less now. Ripenning time i guess. New pics tomorrow...
