There is variation in the plants, especially with Northern Lights.
And variation in patients.
And variation in what is medicinal according to patient age.
I've been a Sat dom person most of my life but recently am smoking up the Indica dom from the summer harvest.
I suggest the Deion Sanders answer, "Both".
But, even more than that. e.g. trying different strains from different dispensaries or growers or neighbors who gift Herb at the end of the grow season.

according to Rick Simpson, THC is the curative (for cancer), so maximum THC rather than CBD, et al.
