It seems like it can be very lucrative, however it seems what little data there is is based off of decades old information.

Apparently the average is 3 harvests in a year. Resulting in $88,350 (@ $310/acre) to $243,390 (@ $854/acre) net profit annually.
Anyone have any other good sources?
There is already at least one guy doing it in Colorado.
