Is this old enough to be considered landrace?

Definition of landrace has nothing to do with time it only has to be "improved" by "traditional" agricultural methods

I believe the Hemp growing in Nebraska was planted for canvas covers, ropes, and clothes for the people in the wagons going west...

I grew up in South Dakota and there was a lot of feral hemp growing along side the railroad tracks. The city was forever cutting it and burning it. I heard the train moved a lot of hemp for the WWII effort to make canvas and ropes and stuff. I smoked some once and all I got was a sore throat and head ache and no high.
