FREEMONT CA.Your Your Local Pot Club may be closed this morning
Due to dealing and robberies outside of the clubs in Freemont , Berkley , Hayward , And San Francisco The county has temporary close "ALL" clubs this morning till a set of Regulation's can be in place
Some clubs are also being notified this morning too that they may have to move their location due to other buissness owners complaints , too close to schools or churchs ect.
They are also claiming that the clubs are doing " straw deals " and need to be shut down untill proper security can be in place.
Also in the news this morning
State of Nevada is starting today a petition to get signatures (51,000 + ) to be on the NOV. 9 ballot election,they are being gathered so there can be " POT STORES " open so they can generate taxs for various programs.
1.) The new law states you must be 21 and over.
2.) Not within 500 feet of a church or school.
3.)Wholesalers will pay $1000.00 yearly permit and renewed annually.
4.) Retailers same as #3
5.) No liquor stores allowed or 7-11's or mini stores, No grocery stores, No Niteclubs , Casinos, Strip Clubs, No smoking in public places, No possession in schools or jails.
This is GREAT NEWS!!! I can live with this , I can wholesale again ! ?
