Good Day ICMAG Hash enthusiasts !

I'm collaborating all my hash extractions into my own thread, as I do not feel my hash is not necessarily fit for the Legendary Hash Shots Thread.

I'm a beginner and don't want to muddy up that thread with my novice Hash & Hashish pics.

I will begin this journal with my latest run.

Material: All trim, mostly close sugar trim, consisting of Mambo, Purple Jones, Chem 4 & a unknown Jamaican Hybrid
Starting weight 200 ish grams

Yield: 11 grams of 73µ
*Large piles of 160 & 25* -Did not weigh, will be used for a solvent extraction.

Manual Agitation, consisting of two 10 minute washes, after 15 minutes soak time.

All pics are 73µ.. The other grades are not worth picturing.

20 minutes out of the water.

Gotta love Colorado low humidity, completely dry after 12 hours.
*I do however remove as much water asap*

Note: My method mimics Frenchy Cannoli to the T
The only difference being; some is left as loose hash and some is pressed via hand or Wine Bottle.

No Flash Images I think the no flash, while extremely difficult to achieve with a 2 year old 8 Megapixel Phone Camera... Provide a better depiction of the trichomes.

I need to get a camera.

My Hash Stash Curing Jar
11 grams in there

To cure I burp this jar twice a day and stir with a toothpick for at least two weeks.

Will update with some of this pressed Frenchy Style.

The appreciation for Hashish is a great joy that I love about Icmag.

Here is some other pics.
Progressive Hand Pressed Hashish Images
Note the color blend into one color of chocolate.

I'm going to try a ” Melt Shot” of the latest run, because I finally sampled it in pressed form.
As a loose hash, it bubbled plenty, but with pieces falling down into the bowl, the bubbling was not very noticeable.

After pressing and placing a small” disc” of hashish on top of a bowl..
It bubbled ferociously when heat was applied, almost completely through.
Just a tad bit of ash.

And that dab up there^ ..” The pinch”...
I dabbed that and the taste was heavenly, very floral up front, with a spicy chocolate-like finish.

Wow!!!! I'm seriously flattered..

Such kind words coming from somewhat iconic persons of the canna-culture giving ole dabs props?!!
It's truly an honor, thank you gentlemen for the kind words.
Latest runMaterial-300µ dry sift (cured and aged for over a year)

Technique Gravity Method
*A mimic of Brother Noreason's tech.*
Floated sift in very cold ice water, removed plant matter via very fine Stainless Steel kitchen stainer.

Poured through my 160µ bag and collected directly into my 25µ bag.

Results
90% full melt, Amazing aroma and of course the flavor is unreal.

Working another project with some pressing should have more pics to post soon.

Good Day Hashishins!

Got some more resin shots to share...
First up is a shot of my last four runs (not the complete yields pictured)
The 2nd ball from left to right is cured for nearly 4 months.

Close up of cured ball, it is as hard as a glass marble, I dropped it on my glass table and it sounded like a marble hitting the glass, I was enjoying that sound a bit too much and the wife says...

” Are you Trying to break our table or what?”..haha :]

My freshest run, used sift to make this batch, it is pressed thoroughly, yet still has this marbling look, bubbles ferociously.

Older run, in the process of Hand pressing.

Golden insides, this hash is sooooo rich in flavor.

Another, same batch...

Freshly pressed on the left, compared to same material pressed 4 months back.
Note the darkness and sheen the right has from the cure (the rock-like one)(fresh press is pliable)

Another shot of mid-press..thought I had more pics.

And one of my favorite ways to consume the full melt

^ Amazing for tasting it's true flavor, but on top of a little tiny bed of broken up flower is my favorite next to straight up on the screen or atop fresh clean ashes in my flower pipe.

*All this hash making and since joining and posting more here on ICMAG has brought about a new found love for hashish.

Lately the BHO is just to knock my pain levels out, right before bedtime.

I'll typically do 3 back to back to back BHO dabs right before bedtime...
Flip the channel to Adult Swim and puff on the Hashish while watching t.v.

99% of the time I awake with the hash pipe still in my hands...haha :]
