I think the times are starting to get interesting. I am trying to visualize what the other side of this will be like, but I have been trying to do that since 2005-2006. This thicket just seems to get thornier and thicker. I cannot see a happy outcome for America, especially if th criminal dims get complete control.

On election night when President Trump was winning big in several key states and Democrats in certain areas all suddenly just stopped counting ballots, many of us knew exactly what was happening. The fix was in and Democrats were frantically trying to come up with enough fake ballots to offset the president's massive turnout.
So, how does this get sorted out? There are legal and administrative processes for candidates to raise issues or objections to the voting and ballot-counting process. And those vary from state to state. But because they were forced to quickly crank out millions of new fake ballots, they likely didn't have time to make them even plausibly realistic. They're probably very bad fakes that won't stand up to any level of scrutiny, which is why observers were kept away. But they're going to be re-counted or inspected at some point, right? Not if they "accidentally" destroy or misplace them.If this happens, the litigation over the 2020 presidential election may come down to one simple issue: Should votes be counted where the ballots cannot be produced for inspection or recount?
I believe this will end up being the central question in this litigation. The cheating is so profound, they're not going to produce the fraudulent ballots & data. I expect Democrats will claim the ballots were "lost" or "accidentally destroyed" and the hard drives of electronic data accidentally wiped clean. This is the same approach Hillary and her legal team did when they smashed their cell phones with hammers and used BleachBit on her servers. The Mueller team did the same thing when they wiped all their phones before turning them over. They destroyed evidence of their corruption because it's easier to claim there was nothing there than it would've been to defend what was on there.That would make the central legal question in all these various states and situations: Should all the votes in these Democrat areas be counted toward the election, even if they can't be produced for scrutiny? The democrats' position will be outraged attacks on the GOP for "trying to disenfranchise black voters", since the common denominator in most of these areas is they're urban areas. That's actually an easier argument for them to make than defending mountains of fake ballots, and it ties in to their fallback arguments on pretty much everything else. That President Trump and Republicans are racists who want to suppress the vote and disenfranchise 'people of color'. It also allows them to be on the offense - attacking with wild accusations of bad motives - rather than having to defend obvious massive fraud.

My theory is they already had the most extensive voter fraud operation in history (to quote Joe Biden) running at full steam. The problem that caused them to hit the panic button and stop counting ballots is they hadn't anticipated Trump voters turning out the numbers they did. Simply put, they didn't have enough fake ballots to offset the Republican the tidal wave. I think they had a lot of fake ballots, but they needed to make some time to come up with a lot more because they were going to be short. Maybe they believed the fake polls showing Biden with ridiculous leads everywhere. Maybe they're just incompetent. But, as expected, during the unprecedented stoppages in certain Democrat cities in key states, new boxes of ballots magically appeared at exactly the places Democrats needed them most. And when court-appointed election observers tried to observe the counting, they were denied access to the facilities, kept hundreds of yards away from the counting, locked out, were escorted out by police and/or had windows covered to prevent anyone from seeing what they were doing. After all this...it was a miracle! Joe Biden overcame massive Trump leads everywhere these boxes of ballots showed up in the early morning hours after Election Day where Democrat officials had simply stopped counting ballots and then thrown out observers. Daniel Victor at the New York Times is a reporter — not an opinion writer — who wrote an article that was downplaying the claims of the Trump administration and many right-wing pundits about voter fraud.
The thing is, many of the lawsuits filed by the Trump administration contesting the results of the 2020 election have anything to do with “voter fraud” per se — but about the irregularities and lack of transparency in the voting process in particular jurisdictions.
But let’s ignore that for a second and get straight into Victor’s 2020 article.
The specter of widespread voter fraud has been a cornerstone of President Trump’s efforts to dispute the Nov. 3 election should he lose. A New York Times Magazine investigation published on Wednesday has found that the idea, based on a flimsy set of sensationalist, misleading, or outright false claims, was intentionally planted in the public discourse as part of a decades-long disinformation campaign by the Republican Party and outside actors…
…Despite the attention paid to it by administration officials and right-wing media, voter fraud is a largely nonexistent problem. Law enforcement investigations have repeatedly failed to find major wrongdoing in cases hyped for political gain, often based on sloppy data analysis.
I guess that the New York Times was part of that disinformation campaign when they published an article in October of 2012 titled, Error and Fraud at Issue as Absentee Voting Rises.
That’s kind of weird, actually, since the article itself takes aim at Republicans who, apparently at the time, tended to use absentee ballots more frequently than Democrats. In contrast, Democrats opted for early voting in-person. That’s an interesting note.

There is a bipartisan consensus that voting by mail, whatever its impact, is more easily abused than other forms. In a 2005 report signed by President Jimmy Carter and James A. Baker III, who served as secretary of state under the first President George Bush, the Commission on Federal Election Reform concluded, “Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.”
On the most basic level, absentee voting replaces the oversight that exists at polling places with something akin to an honor system.

The article then explains the process of “granny farming,” whereby people “help” voters in senior centers fill out their ballots.
“The problem,” said Murray A. Greenberg, a former county attorney in Miami, “is really with the collection of absentee ballots at the senior citizen centers.” In Florida, people affiliated with political campaigns “help people vote absentee,” he said. “And help is in quotation marks.”
Voters in nursing homes can be subjected to subtle pressure, outright intimidation or fraud. The secrecy of their voting is easily compromised. And their ballots can be intercepted both coming and going.

Did Dominion Delete 2.7 Million Trump Votes?
New evidence of election interference could be a game changer.

President Donald Trump recently tweeted that a new report shows that Dominion voting software used in more than 30 states was used to delete or flip 2.7 million Trump votes nationwide. Is this the smoking gun that will overturn the apparent Biden win and land Trump another term – or is it all just smoke and mirrors?
In his tweet, the president writes:
We got the first inkling that something might be seriously amiss a few days after the election when a manual recount in the small Michigan county of Antrim showed that a “glitch” in the Dominion voting software changed 6000 votes from Trump to Biden.
This incidence has been disputed by the mainstream media, which claim that the software counted correctly but reported incorrectly to the central database. The result is highly significant because the software is used in more than 40 Michigan counties. A similar glitch statewide would be sufficient to flip Michigan from Trump to former Vice President Joe Biden. The Dominion software is also used in over 30 states, including disputed swing states. Any veracity to Trump’s claim would amount to “widespread and significant election fraud” and could substantially affect the outcome.
Any Evidence?
As of writing, the report is unavailable. However, MIT scientist Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai has performed data analysis of the election in the four largest counties in Michigan and found what he claims is significant, unequivocal evidence of systematic, algorithmic meddling with the votes.
Most voters in America vote the same party down-ballot. That is, if you vote for Biden, you are likely to also select Democratic Party candidates for other offices. However, Dr. Ayyadurai found that as the number of Republican voters went up, so did the number of ballots on which Biden was the only Democrat chosen. Yet in precincts with up to 20% Republican support, Trump typically got 10% more votes than the straight Republican ballots. That means that some Democrats were voting for Trump, but not other GOP candidates.
On the other hand, in the most Republican precincts – those with 80% support for the GOP – Trump got typically only 55% of the votes – 25% less than the other Republican candidates. Dr. Ayyadurai believes the pattern is highly predictable, highly structured, and that this is evidence of an algorithmic interference. For it to be a legitimate trend, Trump would have to be less desirable to many Republicans while being seen as a better choice than Biden by Democrats.
Fraud or Foreign Interference?
Would a similar pattern nationwide prove that there was widespread election meddling – or that, for some reason, Democrats voted for Trump and Republicans voted for Biden? Even if it is evidence of fraud, that wouldn’t automatically implicate the Democratic Party or Dominion. The culprit could be Russia, China, or some other foreign adversary for all we know.
In any case, the claim should be taken seriously and audited by independent experts. This year has delivered yet another drama, and the election is far from over.

Just curious...how would “democrats” lose or destroy ballots in states where the elections are operated by republicans, and/or when the counting of ballots is under constant supervision and security?
As has been made abundantly clear, lots of people did NOT vote along straight party lines this election. That’s why there was no blue wave.
Dr. Shiva is a republican. Perhaps his political beliefs have swayed his thinking.
PS. As your piece above suggests, Trump can ask for an audit. That should be an easy thing to do.
