If a person used Air Force 1 to avoid prosecution by exiting the country, would the Federal Marshalls or FBI be legit to seize the aircraft as complicit to obstruction of justice, or flight to avoid prosecution?
And, if so, who gets the money when they auction it off?

Mar a Lago does not like Trump.
He's had several lawsuits with them.
He also signed a legal agreement to not reside there.
Now he is about to reside there.
At some point his expectation that they will always break the rules for him ... begins to wear a little thin.

When he was going broke in the 90s he signed a deal with the city to turn it into a club. Part of the deal was no stays over 7 days. 30 limit per year and no residences. Now, typical trump, he is trying to weasel on the deal.
