Awesome musician, and chill dude. I've worked a few of his shows at the Monterey Jazz Fest, including his duo with Herbie Hancock. A big loss for the Jazz world, but he surely left his mark.

Brilliant Maestro. I can remember vividly being a kid in my Dad's old top floor, city apartment whenever I put on the album "Where Have I Known You Before" from Return to Forever featuring Chick Corea. He was hip, talented, and loved.

so sad! I love his improvisations with Gary Burton. incredible music. rest in peace.
