Installing vBulletin, Sysadmin Control Panel, Questions

I am looking at other software that a person can use for Comments sections on a small commercial website.

I found some videos about installing vBulletin, editing the PHP files, etc.

Does ICMag have a favorite instruction video for vBulletin that they could share ?

Also, is it possible you could post a picture of the Control Panel that administrators like Uncle & Cosmic might use if they are doing sysadmin work ?
