Can she be saved? She has mostly been fed pure rain water.

Trim it down, replant and start feeding the poor plant.

No problem saving it - maybe more light be a bright idea as well.

Sure. Repot into a larger pot, then feed her 0.4 EC of flowering food (P will stimulate root growth, K stimulates them growth) and just a little epsom salt for magnesium.

A lot of nutrient deficiencies can be solved by repotting and a larger root system.

As a rule of thumb, the plant can use 1 gallon (3.78 litres) of soil or soilless mix per 1 foot (30.48 cm) of growth.

Depending on how root bound she is she may not recover.

I've had plants that have gone way too long in too small of pots. When I finally transplanted them they lived but never really grew or produced much.

If she's a special plant it might be worth it to do as TanzanianMagic suggested to try and get her to recover enough to take clones from.

I'd like to know the rationale behind popping beans when you're not set up for it? Yes, we all started at one point but, it seems not a lot of thought went into this project.

Like the others say. Do transplant ASAP.

Aluminum is bad for plants and causes yellowing in excess.
