That's some pretty awful misfortune bro. Keep thinking positive and remember, your body's an amazing healing machine. eat well and give your body the quality raw materials it needs to fix itself. Good luck and happy healing!

Well So after....all kinda eye test and lights and frustrations......
the Specilist has decided that my eye is seriously fuckedUP......
the gash is almost 1/2 inch long across the bottom of my Sclera
looks like it bounced off the pupil....then grazzed along the eye.....goujing out the soft tissue of the Sclera.......
problem is it was a Dirt re-used Bamboo...stake........and the wound has already got signs of infection building.......so that makes the eye puss and weep even more.............which in return then causes more swelling leading to more pressure on the optic nerve.......
and the list of complications goes on...and on.....and on........
got me on Steroid eye drops, Antibiotic eye drops, and PAIN eye drops to help w/ the swelling around the optic nerve.......
all in all........50/50 chance I'll have sum long term damage......
BUT @ least it never shattered the pupil.......that might have killed me from the bleed-out alone........
I'm so SAD......................

I can totally relate, my vision after my last problem is extremely diminished. We can be eye-buddies, Yort. Hope it heals and the pain gets better soon. I can only imagine the pain, from slivers in my eye. Yikes, mate you're way tougher than me.

Same shit happened to me a few weeks ago!! I was moving the ladies in my flower room, getting ready to water them. I managed to put the only green bamboo stake in the room right into my eye.
I was in horrible pain, made it to ER and I found out I had a deep corneal abrasion. Saw a specialist the next day, and he plucked 6 green bamboo fibers from my eyeball! I will now put orange ping pong balls over the exposed tip of the stakes.
Hope everything works out for you.

Mine wasnt as severe as what yours sounds like, I didnt have any bloody tears or anything. But with the steroid eyedrops, and antibiotic eyedrops I was back to normal within 7-10 days. The first three days my eye was very sensitive to light, and I would get really bad headaches if I didnt wear an eye patch. After about the third day I was able to bear the sunlight. Every once in a while I get the sensation that something is lodged in my eye, but the eye doctor said that is normal until fully healed.
The eyeball is an amazing organ man, pure protein, and at least in my case healed quickly. My cousin had a similar eyeball tragedy, but his involved a compressed air nail gun! The nail bounced off of a fence right into his eye, and it actually deflated, and oozed nastiness. But this was about 5 years ago and he still has his vision in that eye.

The blurred vision and such is from the swelling and fluid around the eye, I have a feeling you are going to be fine because when it comes to eyes if the pupil is okay from what I know the outlook is pretty decent. You just need time to heal. Stay tough & optimistic brother your will is the way to recovery! 
Sure sounds agonizing...to say the least!

Wow you have an incredible personality, reminds me of when I almost died from electrocution. Not to 'take the show' but apparently the first thing I said to my coworker after waking up from being blasted was, "didja see that?!"
Keep up the positive humor and let us know the good news. The body can really take a beating, and recover fully, trust me lol. Not to add to the factiousness, maybe you can nail two birds with one stake- er, stone next time, and throw on a pair of sunglasses
