Notcal greenhouse oct/nov - sides up? Dehu? Heater? Open roof vent? What?

Hey y'all,

I have a 20x24 GH in the north Bay Area in Ca.
I built 8' high plywood sidewalls and internal manual dep.
The top couple feet of each end is currently open air, sorta like an open roof vent.
No exhaust fan yet, I've been leaving the sides rolled up.

Now it's full season no dep.

I've installed breathable wall intake vents (no fans).

So now I'm trying to finish the build for fall conditions (cold/rain).

I'm confused about how the sidewalls, outtake fan, vents and a dehu and/or heater would work together.

I'm not sure when the dehu would kick in vs the outtake etc. Mostly concerned with humidity and bud rot.

Should I invest in a serious dehu and/or fan and/or heater?

Close the "roof vents"? (Would likely not be easily openable). Close sidewalls at night and turn of outtake and use dehu and/or heater? Or just open the sides all day and run dehu at night and not buy expensive outtake fan yet? Nice dehue and fans are pricey so I'd be interested in not investing in both yet.

Thanks a lot y'all!
