Downy mildew not powdery mildew

My one friend has downy mildew. I've googled quite a bit and it seems like there isn't that much info on the topic online (even outside of the cannabis world I couldn't find that much info on it in the regular gardening world).

Any tips on how to treat downy mildew? Or any product suggestions. My friend is based in UK.
