I reported about 10 bugs to them in less than 1 year, I don't work for them, it was just to be able to order ..
I have been a customer for 10 years but their commercial policy worries me, I will no longer be a customer.
If you want to feminize it Spanish seed or Dutch seed, this is a good site.
They have a good after-sales service and quickly ship orders.
If you want US genetics with the freebies that go with it, it's more complicated, often out of stock and no quality freebie
Hey there le_toy, thanks for your observations. I'm sorry that you feel that way, but let me assure you that we DO care! We've spent the last year or so updating and upgrading our website, it's basically been a complete renewal so a few bugs are to be expected until we iron them all out. We fully appreciate that some of our customers take the time to report them to us, and we always try to act on them where possible, although I haven't received any personally in recent times.
If there's something in particular that you feel needs improving we'd love to hear what it is.
And if there's something we can do to improve your personal experience with us, please let us know. As you say, we have a good post-sales service and we ship orders quickly, so I'm at a loss to know exactly why you say that you will no longer be a customer.
As for the freebies, we offer the same range of free gifts with every order
, regardless of whether the customer is purchasing Spanish, Dutch or US genetics, or any other product, for that matter. It's true that certain American genetics sell out very fast and take some time to restock but this is because the seeds are very popular, are complicated to import to Europe and also are rarely available in the sorts of quantities that one would expect from a large Spanish or Dutch seed bank, which inevitably leads to a certain scarcity of supply, especially with the more popular seeds. Believe me, if we could easily order more, we wouldn't hesitate!
