Hey guys!
Im like a beginner, its my second season in growing and my first time indoor. My girls already nearly 1 months ago in flowering and buds still only like this, others said 8 week for this but i dont know, i hope you guys can help me a lit

This is normal don't worry. I do it myself worry my buds ain't growing. You will be amazed at how quick they grow week 7 and 8. It also depends on what strain it is.

This is my plant at week 5 of flower. Chill

Thanks for the fast response!
I have one more question, is it worth to cut down little buds what start just grow now and dont realy get enough light, or it will be just more stress to the plant ?

I remove all growth from bottom third of the plant at week 3 of flower. You should be fine at week 4.
No worries
