What are some good places to source 200 proof ethanol in southern Oregon?

Not as close to you as Ashland, but we use American Scientific, in Portland, OR for most of our chemicals. 1-800-524-8224

I'm guessing that they ship, but also provide dock delivery.

American Scientific is great if you're in a pinch but you will pay 50-400% more per gallon (not including excise tax) depending on the vendor.

If you are buying from Organic Alcohol Company in Ashland you most likely require the bulk alcohol purchasing license from the OLCC. If you have that in hand you might as well buy 55 gallon drums from Tarr

American Scientific is about $46.00/gal + $25.65/gal excise tax
Organic Alcohol Company is about $25/gal + $25.65/gal excise tax
Tarr is about $10.86/gal + $25.65/gal excise tax

Just go to the the state liquor store in Phoenix just north of Ashland . "Clear Springs " or "EverClear" both are 190 proof and made for human consumption.

Just buy everclear and dry with anhydrous magnesium sulphate.
By microwaving Epsom salt for ten minutes then baking it at 450 for a few hours. It will absorb the rest of the water from the alcohol bringing it to 200 proof
