Getting quotes now, but for just the concrete without drainage or heating involved comes in at 200k. Not too bad.

Obviously you care about yield because of its effect on cost...fixed cost stays the same when yield goes up so cost/unit goes down

You wanna keep it simple so everyone can understand it. Hell if every gh is the same size you can use lbs/gh

What you will find out is that some gh out yield others. Use data to find the difference to improve the laggers
