what pot size next

hi guys i got three plants in 7 and a half litre pots. im going to pot up my question is what size pots shall i put them in next i got a choice (12 litre or 18 litre) when i repot them im going to leave them settle in for a week then flick them over to 12/12 many thanks terrier

Need more information to give a better answer (or any guess is valid).
How big is the area you grow on?
How many plants? (edit woops you said 3)
Are you growing trees or sog/scrog?
Organic or standard nutes?

hi guys the area is 1.2 x 1.2 im useing standed nutes. and they are under a 600w just growing big plants i guess not scrog

I would recommend the 18 liter then.
