Anyone following this? New facts... he was at rest area when a couple fans approached him, and he had a drink with them. One or Two shots of tequila according to the story i read.. They said cops were watching him the whole time.

maybe they just recognized him and were fans? or maybe not. perhaps they saw a rare chance to bust a celebrity
one or two shots-big deal for a grown man!

did they arrest the fans too?

Never been a big fan of Bruce but his music has been a staple on most radio stations for eons it seems.
Sucks if he's been set up for this, loosing that Jeep commercial could hurt financially but I doubt it will ruin his ruff n ready persona.

The Springsteen song that always comes to mind for me is Born to Run. The lyrics are brilliantly and powerfully written.
A quintessential love song IMO.
