GH cocotek bricks

Hello all, long time IC creeper. Finally decided to join the community.
I've been growing in coco for about a year, running SOG's under 600w lights. Always used canna coco but the local hydro shop only had GH
cocotek bales. Any coco growers have experience with GH Coco?

I'v used it in Hempy buckets, worked well.

I also have used the bricks for years without issue.
