we have signage up where i work, identifying rest rooms, machines etc with Braille like that. nearly all of our machinery had to be grandfathered in by OSHA because it is so unsafe, no safety barriers around rotating rollers etc. been 5 people hurt since i've been there, 1 fellow lost an arm, last guy medically retired, arm crushed up to shoulder, no use of hand. fellow on my line lost 3 fingers/part of hand trying to clean a (RAPIDLY!) rotating cylinder set. do they really want blind people groping their way through there, you reckon?
