Best COB for diy for a four cob grow light

I have read and studied about every thing I could find vie Google. Guess I am just not getting it. I am thinking that a Luminus CXM-32 COB will be best for my 4 foot by 17 in by 72 in height cabinet. As far as the driver no clue..
and opinions are welcomed

if I understand correctly you have a cabinet (about) 120x50x180cm
why cobs? 4 120w quantum boards each fit your cabinet perfectly

I think three boards would be enough for that space. If you want cobs, vero SE is the best cob in my opinion.
