Just go to gov of canada website on cannabis. applications can be found with a search.
you can come to canada just may be tuff for the visa unless have a good wack of cash and a biz plan. not sure how the visa works with business start ups but surely is possible.

well think there is enough info that could start building or putting together ur grow. LPs have been made aware of changes but not sure if they will accept micro license submitions yet. have to email and see, imagine they are just soft roll out and as dont want 1000 applications oct 17th either.
technically micro or proccessors is illegal till that day at which point people run out of the jails and no one gets in trouble for pot and they save so much money.... wait.. nm
