Plant seems to not be growing

Hi all this is my first post on the site, pretty worried dad over here so please do help me. Im on day 19 from seed and current set up is a small grow tent with a girl scout cookie fastbuds autoflower in 9.5 litre pot with biobizz light mix soil mixed with externally bought perlite under a 200w dual spec cfl light in reflector and a small fan blowing air onto the bulb and plant, so far only used tap water left out for over 24 hours and no nutrients given yet however i plan to over the next few days, i have watered when it seems dry so lets say every days and run off has been happening. It was growing fine but slowly it has started to slow down and two of the leaves are twisting/curling. It only had 4 true leaves and over the last two days 2 more have began growing but i feel as though at this stage of growth it should have been a lot bigger and leafier. I will attach pics and any help will be very appreciated. Thank you

I think they're fine although they may be a little stressed from low humidity. I'd mist them with a squirt bottle a couple times a day. Make sure the fan is blowing at the light not the plants. Young plants like good air circulation and wet air. When you feed them go easy at first because seedlings are easy to burn.

Wow, guys thank you so much for the replies so soon aswell! Ok now dont all call me a dumbass but i made a miscalculation its actually been 12 days from seed not 19(i felt a lot better upon realising that) and i forgot to mention she was started on window sill and has been in tent for 5 days out of the 12. I have no idea about humidity as i dont have anything to measure it(this is a broke mans grow)

Go to Wal-Mart and buy a cheap one that tells you both temp and humidity. Easy to find and inexpensive.

Young plants need higher humidity. I would guess your humidity is low. Yes, you could try putting some standing water in there. Depending on the size of your space, it may not be enough.

Keep us posted!

Cool i will get one of those, the space is 40cmx40cmx140cm its big enough for one big pot and it comes up in height to my chest (im 6'1) i dont have any problems with the odours as it is secure but i dont have an inline fan taking air out are my plants doomed without that?

You may not be doomed, but it certainly isn't good. To be honest, I would defer to someone else as I don't have a ton of experience in that department!

Let 'em do what they will. Looking alright from here. Just train accordingly to keep them low. Search for LST or low stress training.

Start saving for a small inline fan now... I would keep the door of your tent open as much as possible for now, and maybe back the light off the plant a couple inches if it feels too warm by the top of your plant, using the back of your hand...

Hi, I just saw a 4" inline fan on eBay for 15 pound will that do the trick? And I did the hand over canopy test and while I could feel heat it wasn't hot on my hand. Is it ok where it is based on that?

You need to stop letting them get dried all the way out water a day sooner. Not really ready for a lot of food but you can feed them a mild feeding once and see how they respond. Prolly don't need it though looks like your primary issue might be under watering.

Yes I agree I have been very worried about overwatering and maybe began overcompensating by not watering enough.. I will take your advice into account and begin watering sooner

Can anyone chime in on how the plant actually looks? I mean does it look sick or too small for a 12 day old auto who lived its first 7 days of life on a windowsill and then moved to a grow tent under cfl
