ICMAG taking too long to load?

For the last few days icmag has been taking so long to load that I get a system message saying that the connection has timed out because it's taking too long for icmag to respond.
When I trying going to other 'sites, no problem.
And then when I can finally get onto the 'mag it takes forever for pages to load or when I hit "submit rply" etc.
I was on the phone with a buddy yesterday and the same thing happened to him when he tried getting onto icmag, connection timed out.
Fwiw, I'm using Firefox.
Any ideas what's causing this?

Same problem here for the last few days, wanted to start a thread about it.
Server to busy? Or the last Firefox update?

I think it may have just been sorted, shut down for a while, server issues.

since I made some changes I've had no issues
I'm using (as I aways do) firefox, I don't like IE (never have) but I'll check with IE as well to see if theres any difference
in the sites performance, but I think the main issue was google and Microsoft bots
I've restricted the access so they don't cause so big a load on the server
