oh fuuh~. that's a painful shock. sorely missed. a much appreciated life and works.

He wanted DR’s to study the endocannabinoid system. He was very much against cannabis until his son contracted leukemia and the treatments were very hard on his body made him sick and unable to eat, Carl Sagan his close friend and colleague talked him into having his son smoke a joint which he did, when he came out from the treatment and asked for a submarine sandwich. DR. Grinspoon was sold he did a 100% turn around, he became an advocate for cannabis. He wanted lounges in hospitals where patients could go and vape cannabis. He wanted DR’s who studied the endocannabinoid system to work in conjunction with western medicine. We lost a true hero in the cannabis movement. RIP, DR Lester Grinspoon...
