Thank you MM for the kind words!!

yesterday i have polinated the BB#3, BB#4, BB#1, Newberry#9 and Chemonade with BB males pollen.

The "diesel" male showed a lot of resin at 3 weeks of 12/12, wow! He smells much more than the other one. I call him "diesel" because he smells soo strong, so much stronger than all the other plants of this grow. I have kept a cutting from him.

So far we are at 25 days of flowering and BB#3 and BB#4 are already showing nice trichomes.

The males, in 1 gallon (4l) pots with 0 nutrients and 80W of LEDs in a 2x2 tent: the diesel one is in the background, i forgot to take pics before cutting him!

Newberry #9, she is a low stretch plant, with nice yield, and awesome smell, coffee, chocolate, berry. I have made 50-100 seeds with her and the 2 BB males:

The BB#4, she has nice sativa traits. Some leaves have 11 leaflets, she is very vigourous. Already resinous. What a beauty! i am in love!
She exactly looks like a New York City Diesel from Soma i had 10 years ago. But her smell is totally different.

I had to LST the apex with 45g of leads (for fishing).

BB#4 ! really good looking plant, very promising. IMAO the seeds from this females with the diesel male => fire!

Look at her, 3 weeks of 18/6 + 3 weeks of 12/12, 11L pot! She takes a 50x50cm area in the grow tent.

Great thread mate

Off to a good start too. I have a question regarding DJs use of males that start out male then start popping pistils out.
Have/Would you consider using this pollen in making seeds or just ditch em throwing them into the hermi category? Cheers

Hey rcco,
man, you are doing great job, pleasure to see them grow in your hands! Two more weaks and the flavors will start to stand out, looking forward for your notes then, curious what you find.

=> hermi category, i won't use this male (if i have other stable males, but if i have to save a line and i have no other pollen source i would use it, if the females are worth it, and if the hermie male is covered with trichomes ^^.)

I can already smell some interesting terps, especially on the #2 and the #5 which are very similar in look, structure, and smell. Candy berry smell, very sweet.

the #3 is highly resinous, as the #4. The #4 is earthy/floral, the #3 is more sour.

So far very pleased with the ladies. The BB#1 is very very sativa, the tallest plant, flowering is very slow, she will probably finish at 12+ at least, may be longer.

Pics!

The small chemonade, she is fighting for space and light in the blue Forest! She has a very strong fruity smell, coca cola / lime goodness, she is covered with sticks trichomes, promising little beauty. You can see her beside of BB#3 and BB#1.

BB#3 ... fruity / sour

BB#2 candy berry

BB#5 candy berry. BB#2 and BB#5 they look and smell as they were clones from the same mother!

BB#1, super sativa, a bit mutant, should take long to flower. I have no doubt she will be the last plant to harvest.
