top city prosecutor in Baltimore Md, Marilyn Mosby, announced that they will no longer prosecute individuals charged with possession, regardless of the amount. they are also vacating all cannabis offenses dating back to 2011. statistics from arrests from 2015 through 2017 show that 96 % of weed arrests in the city were minorities. acting police commissioner said in press release that they would continue to make arrests, but DA says they will release those arrested without charges or trials.:woohoo:

If more JURISDICTIONS would take this approach...

WHO needs oppressive laws?

exactly my opinion. if enough prosecutors would take this approach, the walls would fall in months, if not weeks! after LEO had a few cases tossed, they would quit arresting people. who really cares if there is a law on the books if it is not being upheld by the courts? :tiphat:
