electric lighter opinion

hi everyone, I'm Cristiano from Italy and I'd like to know if you've ever tried to smoke with an electric lighter, cause I'm worried about all the gas inhaled and also the quantity of lighters that I lose every month

if you lose them frequently, I would think an inexpensive disposable might be more appropriate.
I like cheap refillable lighters myself, but I am old and already have nice lighters.

That makes sense but I think that maybe buying a more expensive one will make me feel like "worried to not to lose it"
