Using a biopod right now and just got the BSF to get it started. Don't have too much to report yet but am trying!

they hit up my compost pile every year in the spring / summer, i love these guys and so do the birds that stick around my house.

they eat up stuff so quickly, its really great. once they are mature with wings they don't have mouths, so i believe they don't spread disease like regular flies.
