need help building a cooltube

Can anybody please post a link on how to build a cooltube??.....I remember seeing a couple of good threads on it awhile ago but nuttin came up in the searches.....

also if someone would post a link on building a homemade carbon scrubber, that would be great.... I know I need to buy active carbon from a pet store but is active carbon the only thing I need to buy to make a homemade scrubber??......Im growing so stinky stuff here...
