It's only peletized for spreading i think. Shutzmans makes non pelletized also.
You really don't have to worry about flushing with dry organic amendments. If you amend your soil and/or do top dressings, you won't need to Liquid feed at all. You will be giving them plain water all the time anyway. That's pretty much what everyone i know that grows big outdoor plants does.
All of the water soluble parts of the manure Will be leached out pretty quickly. The non soluble parts don't need to be flushed.
