Error uploading pics?

Hey Skip, when I try to upload a pic to an album, I get:

Failed to write file. Check disc quotas and permissions for the path: /data/web/icmag/icmag.com/www/ic/userimages/248/248847.picture

Also when I click the menu bar to get to PM's I get a 404 page not found, something on your end or mine?

I have been offline for a bit but, have returned.
My new laptop is not co-operating with the Photo upload here on IC
and whenever I try to upload pix, I end up with this:

Failed to write file. Check disc quotas and permissions for the path: /data/web/icmag/icmag.com/www/ic/userimages/thumbnails/249/9ae1b92c29e46ca76a45d646b3dbd2b3_249106.jpg

Due to my limited internet/puter knowledge,
otherwise known as ICMAG, Midget Porn & the occasional u-tube,
I've got no idea what the deal is.
Is my disc quota ixnay?
My path eradicated?

For the Love of Dog, Man!
Can you help?

don't know if theres any correlation, skip.. but the country flags for the country forums arent loading for me either mate

Ditto - looks like someones been playing with permissions in the upload directory at icmag or they've run out of disk space

Yes, once again out of disk space. Damn hosting co. can never fix this right!

I'm still outta room and FreezerBoy tells me I shouldn't even be at half with what I have also said it saves pics twice and I should be able to find a button I clicked somewhere in my options to fix this? I dunno I really don't want to delete my albums I don't care so much about the old gallery what should I do? I don't have money to spend on a account right now but plan to donate $25(not much I know) after XMas so please help!
