In my picture the medium was 4x4 rockwools cubes. Count was 26 I believe. I have since switched to multifeed of coco in 1 gallons.

That's neat. How many weeks of veg do you normally run in that setup?
I don't really keep track of weeks but I'd say 1 to 3. Usually until they are close to 1 ft tall

I like it a lot, very space and time efficient. I do something similar with 5 or 6 plants under a 275w LED (600w equiv.) using 3.5 gal of soil in air pots, no flood tray. Veg about 3 weeks from first full fan leaves.
