The really big deal is now that a cannabis drug is approved by feds they cannot keep it on schedule 1 . All those on schedule 1 are deemed of no medical value so....they must reschedule. One more step to legal hopefully. Peace y’all.
If moved to schedule II it will illegal for anybody to use w/o a doctors script!
There shouldn’t be any laws on the books regarding this plant.
not gonna happen, EVER. it will always be illegal to sell/give to minors except medicinally through doctors etc. i could be wrong, wish/hope i am.
