Freeze worm castings ?

I never heard about anybody freezing their cow shit either, strange thought.

Its fine to freeze. The beneficial bacteria will probably go dormant as some others have said. I dont believe EWC have a shelf life tho per se.

you must have a big freezer lol .. I have had castings freeze when I lived in new England...didn't notice any difference once thawed out ...some micro life stuff might die off but nothing bad is gonna happen...

They will go in a shed out side in winter . That was me being a smart ass lol I'm not going to put them inside my heated home in winter

That is about what I pay for a yard of top quality EWC. A yard is about 2000lbs of castings.

Freezing the castings is all good. Enjoy your find.
