Regalia usage rates and foliar or root drench ?

Ok so I'm going to be starting to use regalia along with my normal ipms but I see everyone saying different things from 10 mls a gallon to 30 mls whats best for our beloved cannabis plant and whats best for clones all the way up to mature plants.. Also obviously it says root drench or fpliar form every 7-14 days or something well which one would be best a foliar or root drench or would it be best to do a foliar one week then the next 10 days do a drench abd so on going back and fourth between the two I appreciate any feed back thanks in advanced!
