Investing and DUE DILLIGENCE required before investing in OTC related stocks

As the months progress add up the money going into this, then next fall, add up the revenues generated from it. At that point the share price will be dollars, not pennies, and maybe then it will make more sense to you. And before anyone says thats BS, remember I brought this stock here at a nickel in November and now it's .52, so it's not such a stretch to be looking at dollars.

Profits...

Profits...

What are you expecting for revenues that would make this a $1 stock? They are renting greenhouse space. And they don't even own the greenhouse or property (property valued at only $70,000).

There are many successful companies that lease their work space. CannaGrow has a 5 year lease with 3 multiple year options. The money is not in owning the building or the property but in the revenues derived from the grow.

Dr Janovec has a PHD in Botany and quite an impressive resume

CannaGrow Holdings Announces Requested Requirements to County Planning Commission Has Been Submitted

CENTENNIAL, CO--(Marketwired - Jan 26, 2015) - CannaGrow Holdings, Inc., (OTC PINK: CGRW), -- A Liaison and Consultant providing Turn-Key solutions to licensed Growers announces an update on the Colorado project.

Mr. Janovec, CannaGrow Holdings, CEO, comments, "At a meeting of the Huerfano County Planning Commission held on January 22, 2015, the final requirements to NuGro's Land Use Application (LUA) previously requested by Planning Commission were submitted to the Commission. The submissions were well received by the Planning Commission and we have been given the green light to proceed to a County Commissioners meeting in late February, 2015. The recommendation for approval was given by the Planning Commission with the requirement that NuGro Industries secure not just the current liability insurance policy that is already in place, but also an additional policy to include the actual "All Operations" coverage once they begin. NuGro Industries has already secured a letter of commitment from their current insurance agent to cover this requirement, and in addition CannaGrow Holdings will require all sub-leasing licensed growers to provide such a policy to indemnify all parties involved at the onset of operations."

Mr. Janovec went on to say, "The County Commissioners meeting will be held in conjunction within a public forum for the review and final approval of NuGro's Land Use Application, (LUA). Based upon a final approval of the LUA, Huerfano County will issue a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) within, allowing NuGro Industries to proceed with construction of Phase I & II of the Colorado Buffalo Ranch Filing No. 5-Lot 61, in March, 2015.

"Phase I & II consists of site grading for the ingress & egress roadways, a 3200 sq. ft. head-works building, six 2300 sq. ft. hoop-houses for outdoor grows, an approximate 3,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art Nexus Greenhouse that utilizes the most up to date technology for the growing of cannabis. The Nexus Greenhouse and the Olympia Head-house building will provide a premier work and growing facilities for an approved Licensed Grower's operations that will optimize all operations, from seed to sale.

"CannaGrow Holdings, Inc., the Liaison and Representative for NuGro Industries, will continue in that capacity, working with the various Contractors and State/County Agencies, to see the Multi-Phased project through to an operational status. The completion of this Project will provide CannaGrow the basis to begin generating revenues from the licensed Growers sub-leasing the Turnkey Growing Facilities being built to the specifications of CannaGrow consultants, Dr. John P. Janovec and Jason Wells."

The actual site plan, grading plan, and phasing plan that was submitted by NuGro Industries, the landowner and developer, can be viewed on our website at: http://cannagrowholdings.com.

The team at CannaGrow Holdings is pleased to see the progress being made and will continue working with the various Contractors and State/County Agencies, to see the Multi-Phased project through to an operational status. The completion of this Project will provide CannaGrow the basis to begin generating revenues from the licensed Growers sub-leasing the Turnkey Growing Facilities being built to the specifications of CannaGrow consultants, Dr. John P. CannaGrow Holdings Will Attend Tribal Marijuana Conference at Tulalip Resort Casino in Washington

CENTENNIAL, CO--(Marketwired - Feb 23, 2015) - CannaGrow Holdings, Inc., (OTC PINK: CGRW), a Liaison and Consultant providing Turn-Key solutions to licensed Growers will attend the Tribal Marijuana Conference in Tulalip, Washington.

Mr. Janovec, CannaGrow Holdings, CEO, comments, "CannaGrow Holdings was recently contacted by one of the largest Native American Tribes in the United States. The inquiry was in regard to our interests in developing a business relationship with the Tribe in the marijuana-cannabis industry. Due to this inquiry and others like it, I think it is important for CannaGrow to become familiar with the new policies allowing Native American Tribes to establish enterprises in the cannabis industry on their Tribal lands and reservations." As a start, CannaGrow Holdings will be attending the Tribal Marijuana Conference in Tulalip, Washington, at the Tulalip Resort Casino, which is being co-sponsored by Odawi Law, PLLC and Harris Moure, PLLC, law firms, on February 27 & February 28, 2015. The conference will cover a number of important topics, such as:
Native American Tribal governments interested in generating revenues in this industry

Native American Tribal governments and Indian entrepreneurs looking to create new business partnerships
Non-Indian owned marijuana businesses wanting to expand onto Native American reservations
Federal laws and policies regulating the marijuana possession & usage
State laws regulating marijuana possession & usage
Medical marijuana in the States of Washington, Nevada, and California
Full legalization of marijuana in the States of Washington and Colorado

The New policies have come into play within the last three (3) months and like most new policies, will be ever changing as this industry continues to expand across the USA. Attending Conferences like this one and others slated for the month of March and later into 2015 will be an intricate part of CannaGrow maintaining a leading position as a liaison, consultant, and a facility manager in this new and exciting industry."

Mr. Janovec goes on to say, "I have personally been involved and worked with three (3) of the top five (5) largest Native American Tribes (based upon business revenues and enterprises). My previous working experience with these three Native American Tribes was in the housing/mortgage industry. The fact that I am a descendant of the Santee Sioux Tribe and have developed a good working knowledge of the various regulations that govern these Tribes and the cultures which exist on the Tribal reservations, I feel that CannaGrow will have a competitive edge."

With the addition of our consultants, Dr. John P. Janovec and Jason Wells, CannaGrow is in the position to begin expanding consulting services and operations in the cannabis industry and within the development of facilities to be built on Native American Tribal reservations."

Oh shit... the new CannaGrow PR!

:good:

I've almost forgotten that there are other stocks out there. Somebody should just change the name of this thread to something CGRW related.

LOL...now its come to this: "White-men" teaching "red-men" how to grow plants, too funny.

What a topsy turvy world we have now, what was "up" is now "down", "left" is now "right" and "inside-in" is now "outside-out".

Indians being schooled by round-eyes, too fucking funny! I rather learn from the "ancients" (Indians)...than from the "moderns" (round-eyes)....much has been "forgotten".

Do you actually know anything about CGRW Nugrogirl? These press releases are stupid. Stop pumping this stock like anybody cares.

How many businesses operate out of their tower II suite 800 address? An insurance agency, an internet marketing company, a property management company, and CannaGrow?

Why is the only photo on their site a stock greenhouse photo of an unrelated location in Massachusetts taken in 2010? Here is the license for that particular file:

Hmm... Anything else? Share count? Current litigation against them? $100 million dollar company?

Jesus Christ.

I guess that explains why dozens of tribes are holding conferences to find candidates for joint ventures... can't be that they need money because many tribes are cash rich. I see other tribes that are hiring consultants to help them enter the industry.

looking back through history many American Indian Tribes were hunter gathers not farmers. There were certainly Tribes that farmed but I think that might have been more than a few years ago and quite possible they have honed their skills at casino management over the last decade or so... not a lot of money in farming ... unless of course you are a large corporate farm

I have read the financials and completely understand how risky this situation is. I have actually called NuGro to make an inquiry as to their need to have CannaGrow in the picture at all. What I found was a private investor that wanted to be involved in the industry but had no clue as to how to do it. He informed me that the site development process alone is so far above his pay grade that it boggles his mind.. you see he had money but no knowledge (possibly like some of the tribes) Apparently Mr. Janovec is doing all of the foot work in Colorado and managing the project... once the build out is complete CannaGrow will sublease the turnkey facility to licensed growers, manage the operation, and if necessary furnish the consulting services of Dr. Janovec (you know... the one with the PhD in Botony) to assist. If and when the Fed moves to legalize CannaGrow will be in a nice position to take over the operation themselves.

I only wish I had been around to learn about this opportunity when NuGro showed up and the stock was at .05:tiphat:

I don't know about Silly, but I do know that Art is just hating the fact that he can't repeat the same thing he has done to so many others in the past. I am really surprised he is still above ground and breathing after some of the things he has done to public companies:laughing:

So back to the original topic... hasn't all this just changed with the recent banking regs?

Who's got the real facts about this?

No such thing as due dilligence anymore. Due dilligence died last century.

RF

Hmmm, being part of team that performed over 50 due diligence audits/investigations just in the past 10 years...I say: Things are not always what they seem when it comes to those with "big bucks".

Now as for "due diligence" for the casual investor--I agree 100%!

It has been my professional experience that most individual investors will usually ignore or are "slow to act" when the due diligence is "paid" via investment advisers fees, subscription services, etc...(they buy/sell at the wrong "peak"). But will act at lightening speed if the advice (aka their due diligence) is "free" via overheard private conversations, friend of a friend knows this guy that told him...., saw it on TV show, what they believe to be "insider information", etc.

Remember, for every "buyer" there is also a "seller"...so before buying or selling--one must always ask, "what does this guy know that I don't?".

IMHO, the best due diligence starts with a physical inspection of the company itself...nothing better than "kicking the tires" yourself at the corporate office and see/talk to the company employees (those that know the dirt). And then there is the "toilet test": if the corporate bathrooms are dirty/untidy--then so are the company's finances. Don't laugh--but our team discovered a funny correlation when discerning "the financial condition of a company"...clean bathroom = clean finances, dirty bathroom = dirty books with all sorts of accounting gimmicks. It was nearly 100% accurate for us.

Crazy things one learns during their lifetime.

Gotta love in a due dilligence thread that pepol come and hype a stock.. Speculators love such stocks if they can get some hype around it and then talk it up...
