pollination of monoecious plants

I had read that certain hemp plants are monoecious. Most cannabis plants are dioecious and are wind pollinated. How are monoecious plants pollinated, i.e. by the wind or with bees etc....?

Wind, it just means that male and female flowers occur on the same plant
