You can always foliar feed nitrogen when there's not much root and you just need them to stretch. Eleanor's VF11 is an interesting foliar you may want to try too. Very cheap and I think it contains unlisted ga3 hormone - definitely seems to overcome dormancy. I'm a soil grower though. Good luck.

If you take some of your nutrient solution and also top feed through the hydroton, will help to get food to the roots within the netpot. This will help the plant to send out more roots. The long roots that are hanging out of the netpot, clip the growing tip of each long root hanging down. This will cause the root to produce lateral growth which will increase the root mass. The more roots you have, the fast your plant can grow. If you had more light, you'd also be able to see faster growth.

Take 3/8 tubing place a length with a 90* elbow at the top and the bottom in the nutrient solution allow the air bubbles to carry nutrient solution up the tube an top feed.

Hey man .

Im going to guess your growing from seed?

There no real way to know if its growing slow or not , as there all slightly diffrent because of genetics etc.

However there is a possibility if the feed is to low for them that it will stunt there growth. Tho I would rather underfeed than over feed , much easier to fix. Slow and steady wins the race.

In all honesty with only a 125 cfl I wouldnt expect major growth spurts.

In my opinion your plant looks fine mate , just take your time and let them do there thing.

If it was me , I would just make sure your enviroment is up to par , ie not to cold etc.
Maybe slowly start upping the feed a tiny tiny little bit at a time , judgeing the plant as I do it. ( I cant say this enough , less is more sometimes).

Once the plant gets a little but bigger and more roots try and up the light if you can.
