Great idea... I think I will try it in the lung room first, it will be sitting below and 8 inch hole in the concrete wall. I will hook a 440cfm exhaust fan into the hole and have duct hanging above to AC to suck it straight out. I will try that first just for a peace of mind. If it doesn't work, I will go your route. Thanks for the idea brother.
