C02 Bags

Hello everyone..

there is many brands of C02 bags exhale C02 bag, EZ c02 BAG and many more..
Right now i cant efford to buy a C02 bottle they are a bit expensive but those bags cost about 50 euros each in the near growmarket..

With the co2 bottles as i know you can use them without refreshing the air in the growtent just use the fans without open any room window or have the intake fan somewhere to pulling fresh air the bottle c02 ''do all the job''

and i was wondering if i can do that with those c02 bags just put 2 of them above my plants 9 plants in a 4.2 x 4.2feet growtent and have the room windows closed without refreshing the air just the ventilation fans on..

is this possible ?

have anyone use them before?

Save up and by the tanks. Those things area just another hydro shop scam. ..

A proper sealed room takes a lot of equipment. Those are a waste of money. ..

its not the tank the only issue that is expensive it is the computer thing for the the tank that is veeery expensive..

and how many times i have to refill one tank for one grow..?

also agree about the tank- thats why ur money is better spent on fresh air

just get good ventilation you dont need co2

i have verry strong ventilation it is 870 m3 the exaust and another 870 m3 the intake but in the half speed because the exaust have a filter..

the thing is that i need a portable aircondition because my temps reach to 32-35 celsius and if i pull hot air from outside in the tent the aircondition will work all the time and it is wasting electric thats why i try to find a way not to pulling air from outside the room

try it also you can change how often you want to have it come on and for how long

i would recomend you also change the ppm to lower( 1200)

agian this is not exact but will work

i cant chance the ppm i click the arrow but i cant

the results is..

Room Volume: 110.94 Cubic Feet

CO2 Needed: 0.133128 Cubic Feet

Flow Meter: 1 Cubic Feet Per Hour

yeah i think its an old post that isnt working well( on that site)

but that is all the info you need

the defalt is 1500ppm tunring on once per hour for 30 min

so you set the flow meter to 1 cfp/h( or convert to m if thats what you end up with)

and put it on a timer to run 30 min on 30min off or 15 on 15 off(same dif)

then you put that timer on the same cuircut as your lights so it only turns on during lights on

done

good how many lt bottle you think i am going to need on this space and how many times i refill it for one grow?

how tall is your space? how big is the bottle? =D

also have you tried running your lights at night so its cooler?

how about if i do something else that it may be more effective..

if i place the airconditioner in the room blowing the cold air to the intake duct of the growbox and make some kind of patent where the ac pulls the air and put a duct between the window (with a fake window kit) and the aircondition where it pulls air and a thermostat..

and when the temps go high a litle bit the aircondition start working and blowing cold and fresh air because it pulls it from the window..

is this going to workor it may be not enough fresh air for my plants..?
